摘    要:针对传统的断路器机械特性参数测试装置存在的安装复杂、测量方向单一、测量结果精度低的缺点,提出了一种基于计算机视觉的非接触式测量方法,在断路器运动部件上粘贴特定图形,利用高速相机捕捉断路器开断过程中图形运动情况,由图像分析和识别技术获取图形在各帧图像中的位置,再结合相机内外参数,可以快速、精确地计算出分合闸时间、操动连杆行程、运动速度等参数,从根本上革新传统断路器机械特性测试方法。

Abstract:in view of complex installation, measuring single direction and low accuracy of measurement results in traditional circuit breaker mechanical characteristic parameters test. A non-contact measurement method based on machine vision has been proposed. Paste specific graphics on the circuit breaker moving parts, using high speed camera get the graphics movement in the process of the circuit breaker tripping movement, by image analysis and recognition get graphics position in each frame image, combining internal and external camera parameters, can quickly and accurately calculate parameters such as the closing time, dynamic contact travel, movement speed, fundamentally reform traditional test method of circuit breaker mechanical characteristic.
