轴向磁场直流电机的直径比及磁钢布置

摘    要:本文从理论上证明了当轴向磁场直流电机的电磁功率最大时,电枢有效外内径的最佳比值为3,以及采用双面磁钢可比单面磁钢减少漏磁通1/2以上,这些结论用轴向磁场直流电机优化设计程序的实际计算进行了验证,并利用样机验证了计算结果的正确性。

Abstract:In the paper it is pointed out that the optimal diameter ratio is equal to threewhen axial-field machines have the greatest output. This study has found outflux can be reduced by more than half if the magnets are arranged on the twosides of the armature instead of one side. The conclusions are tested and verifiedby the calculations using the optimal design program for axial-field machines.
