非晶态合金Fe-Co-B-Si-Nb的制备与性能

摘    要:采用铜模吸铸法,制备出管状非晶态合金Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4.X-射线衍射分析与差示扫描量热曲线DSC分析表明,Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4完全是非晶态,具有很强的玻璃形成能力,并确定了它的热力学参数.采用互感的方法,交流电作为励磁电源,测量了非晶态合金Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4的有效磁导率,分析了影响有效磁导率的因素.

Abstract:Ringy amorphous alloy Fe36Co36B20 Si4Nb4 is obtained by the method of copper mould suction casting.Wholly amorphous structure is proved by x-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The parameters obtained from DSC proves that it has high glass forming ability.By method of mutual inductance device and using alternating current as excitation power supply,measuring valid magnetic permeability of amorphous alloy Fe36Co36B20 Si4Nb4 and analyzing factor of affecting valid magnetic permeability.
