挖掘机回转铁道断裂失效分析

摘    要:针对一挖掘机回转铁道的早期断裂失效现象进行了研究,分别从材料成分,组织,性能,生产工艺及使用环境因素等方面分析了失效工和失效机理,认为由于生产过程中焊接操作不当对一次焊缝区的组织及性能产生了不利的影响,并产生了裂纹挖补后在残余应力及环境因素的综合作用下导致理危性断裂,并提出了相应的预防措施。

Abstract:In this paper the authors analyse the ealy fracture failure phenamena of the digging machines rotating railroad steel and investigate the failure mode and failure mechanisms from such aspects as the composition structures properties processing and environmental factors in use. It is concluded that some pre-cracks were produced in the first welded seam due to unfavorable effect on the structure and properties in the welded seam by inproper operations.The combined residual stress and ambient factors led to the quasi-cleavage brittle facture after mending by replacing a damaged part .Also some precautionary measures are presented in the paper.
