ICP-AES法同时测定猴头菇中13种元素

摘    要:应用ICP-AES法同时测定了猴头菇中13种元素并进行了成分分析,结果表明,猴头菇中含有较稳定的大分子糖,很难通过湿法HNO3-HClO4完全消解,采用干法灰化,用ICP-AES法测定钾、磷、钠、钙、镁、锰、铁、铜、锌、硒、锶、镉、铅13种元素的含量,其相对标准偏差为0.72%~6.83%(n=7),回收率为90.9%~105.2%.

Abstract:13 kinds of elements simultaneously determined with ICPAES method. The results showed that the fixed macromolecular sugar exists in the hedgehog hydnum mushroom which can't be digested completely by HNO_3 and HClO_4,so the experiment selects a dry process to treat heircium crinaceus. The relative standard deviation is 0.72%~6.83%(n=7) and the recovery of samples is 90.9%~105.2%.
