摘    要:目的:建立中草药中的微量元素硒的测定方法,为药材质量控制和临床使用提供参考.方法:用干法消解和湿法消解对中草药两面针、金银花、田七、野菊花进行处理,采用分光光度法和原子发射光谱法对其中的微量元素Se进行测定.结果:两面针、金银花、田七、野菊花硒含量:湿法光度法为95.47、68.81、34.49、78.28g/g,湿法原子发射法为93.5728、66.8115、33.4914、78.2806g/g,干法光度法为18.62、6.21、3.45、4.83g/g;干法原子发射法为8.4538、7.6892、3.1909、6.4068g/g.结论:样品采用不同处理方法对测定结果有一定的影响,干法处理样品由于温度过高,硒的损失大,所以不适合测定.

Abstract:Objective:To establish the method of selenium determination in Chinese herbal medicine, and provide reference for herbs quality control and clinical use. Methods:several herbs of chrysanthemum indicum, panpax notoginseng, honeysuckle and shinyleaf pricklyash root were pretreated using dry digestion and wet digestion, and the trace element Se of these herbs were determined by spectrophotometry and atomic emission spectrometry. Results:When wet photometry was used to determine the Se content of shinyleaf pricklyash root, honeysuckle, panpax notoginseng and chrysanthemum, the results were 95. 47,68.81, 34.49 and 78.29 g/g respectively. When wet atomic emission spectrometry was used, the results were 93.572 8, 66.811 5, 33.491 4 and 78.280 6 g/g respectively. When dry photometry was used, the results were 18. 62,6.21, 3.45 and 4.83 g/g respectively. When dry atomic emission spectrometry was used, the results were 8.4538, 7.6892, 3.1909 and 6.4068 g/g respectively. Conclusion:The usage of different processing method has some effect on the determination results.The tempearture of dry processing method is so high that the loss of selenium is too much, and it is not fit for determination.
