摘    要:在分析了低度白酒生产中出现乳白色混浊的原因之后,研究出以分子筛和活性炭为吸附剂,几种矿物质为助滤剂的复合过滤剂。用于低度白酒生产,该工艺具有设备简单、易于操作、生产平稳、能耗低等特点。每升酒中杂醇油、固形物质量百分含量降低50%左右。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis for the reason that milky suspension reveals in the production of low-concentration spirit. We develop a compoud filter medium using sieve sorbent and activated carbon as the adsorbents, and some kinds of mineral as the filter aid. This technological process has many characteristics in the production of low-concentration spiret,such as; simple equipments, operating easily and smoothly and low energy consumption etc.The mass formulation of miscellaneous alcohol and solid substance are reduced by 50% probably in one litre wine.
