摘    要:采用电沉积方法,将石墨烯与镍离子共沉积到被保护的铜基底上,制备了镍-石墨烯复合镀层.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫面电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对复合材料的物质结构、表面形貌特征进行了表征,采用海水浸泡方法研究了复合材料的抗腐蚀性能.结果表明:当电流密度为5 A/dm2时,共沉积方法制备的镍-石墨烯复合镀层平整连续,晶粒较小,石墨烯穿插于多个镍颗粒之间,将镍颗粒包裹于其中,能有效阻断海水中的酸根、碱性离子对铜基底的腐蚀作用,明显增强了复合材料的耐腐蚀性.此研究对船舶及海洋工程金属构件的抗海水腐蚀方法具有一定的参考价值.

Electroplating Preparation and Anticorrosion Behavior of Ni-Graphene on Copper Surface

Abstract:The co-deposition method was employed to prepare the nickel-graphene composite coating deposited on the copper substrate. The X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to characterize the surface morphology, element type and material structure of the composite coating. The samples were immersed in the seawater to test the corrosion resistance of the composite material. The results show that the prepared nickel-graphene composite coating is continuous and composed of fine grains, with graphene interspersed among nickel particles, when the current density is 5 A/dm2. The nickel particles encased in graphene are deposited on the surface of the copper substrate and can effectively prevent the corrosion of acid radical and alkaline ion in the sea water. The composite coating significantly enhances the anticorrosion performance. The study can provide reference for developing methods of metal anticorrosion in marine and ocean engineering.
