| Abstract: | Summary Chemical analysis of lamprey cartilage showed that its major constituent was a newly defined structural protein termed lamprin. Amino acid analysis of lamprin revealed that it has a unique composition which is distinct from previously identified structural proteins.Acknowledgment.
