| 摘 要： | 该文研究了平板波导介质层平行度对衰减全反射曲线的影响,并且利用局域模方法推导出在一定平行度下菲涅尔反射公式,通过数值模拟,得到了平行度对表征衰减全发射曲线的参数:最小值的大小、最小值的位置和曲线的半宽度的影响曲线,同时,通过一种新的方法推导出在高斯光束入射下的菲涅尔反射公式并给出了不同的束腰半径和平行度情况下的曲线/
