船舶柴油机燃油粘度控制系统的仿真

摘    要:应用Matlab/Simulink软件,以Anqing Daihatsu 6PSTdM-26H型船用四冲程柴油机为研究对象,建立了船舶柴油机燃油粘度控制系统的热力动态数学模型.首先,根据PID控制器原理,选用比较合适的PID参数,建立燃油粘度控制系统部分主要模型;再利用传热学的相关理论进行分析,得出柴油机燃油粘度控制系统整体仿真模型;最后,通过Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真.结果表明,提出的方法和所建立的模型是真实可靠的,简化后模型可以减少工作量和研发成本.

Abstract:With the application of Matlab/Simulink software, a thermal dynamic mathematical model for the marine diesel fuel oil viscosity control system was established, the Anqing Daihatsu PSTDM -26H marine four stroke diesel engine being setting as the research object. Using PID controller and using relevant thermal theories, the simulation was carried out using the Matlab/Simulink software. Firstly, it can verify the cor- rectness of the mathematical modle. Secondly, it can realize the automatic control of fuel constant tempera- ture and viscosity. The results show that the proposed method and the model established by it are reliable. Simplified model can reduce workload and research cost greatly, which has great practical value.
