摘    要:对船用柴油机活塞顶检验过程中的冶金质量进行了分析,分别用MM6金相显微镜和HX-1000维氏硬度计对原材料和调质处理后的样品进行了金相组织观察及晶粒度和硬度测量.研究结果表明,上述冶金参量在调质处理前后有较大改变,原材料的晶粒度及金相组织已不能代表成品活塞的晶粒度和金相组织,对同炉热处理的试样进行检验则更能代表活塞顶的真实晶粒度.

Abstract:Piston head metallurgical quality MM6 Metallograph and HX - 1000 Micro-hardness inspection process applied to Marin Diesel was studied. tester were employed to conduct the microstructure observa- tions and grain size/micro-hardness measurements. It was shown that metallurgical variables varied signifi- candy after heat treatment, the grain size and microstructure inspection of raw materials cannot actually reflect the true grain size and microstructure on piston head. Tests on separate samples treated along with pistons to be inspected can be the better way of piston head grain size inspection.
