摘    要:直接用蒸馏水分别制成芹菜和菠菜样品的悬浮液,在磁力搅拌下进样,应用标准加入法在同一溶液中利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定K和Ca元素含量.结果表明,在选定的条件下,被测元素间相互不干扰,可在同一份制备液中进行2种元素的分别测定.方法的加标回收率为K 98.5%,Ca 102.5%,测定结果与高温灰化法一致,t检验表明两者无显著性差异.

Abstract:Celery and spinach suspension samples were prepared by dissolving celery and spinach powder samples in distilled water and the suspension samples were directly introduced into atomization.The content of K and Ca elements were determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) under magnetic stirring condition.Experimental results indicated that there were no disturbances between the two elements under the optimal condition and the two elements can be determined at the same suspension samples.The test recovery was 98.5% for K and 102.4% for Ca.The determination results were validated by high temperature incineration method.t validation techniques were used and the results demonstrated that this new method was accurate and reliable.
