| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对乌鲁木齐的5个城市广场上参与体育锻炼的体育指导者进行调查,以寻求全民健身运动在城市广场上能够更好的发展.
