摘    要:采用金相观察、拉伸、扫描电镜等方法,研究了CuZnAl形状记忆合金交流点焊焊接接头的机械性能、形状恢复率等,并研究了热处理和焊接工艺参数对焊接接头机械性能和形状恢复率的影响,给出了获得较高形状恢复率接头的焊接参数.焊后热处理能够细化CuZnAl形状记忆合金的晶粒组织,在一定程度上提高了合金的综合机械性能,一定冷热循环次数后,焊接接头形状恢复率达到较高水平并趋于稳定.

Abstract:Mechanical property and shape memory rate of the welded joints CuZnAl shape memory alloy with AC spot welding,and the effects of heat-treatment and welding parameters on them are investigated by means of metallographic examination,tensile test,TEM scanning, so that the optimum welding parameters for obtaining welded joints with a better shape recovery rate are resulted. Post-heat-treatment may refine the grain size of CuZnAl shape memory alloy and improve the mechanical property to some extent. After several cool-heat cycles, the shape memory recovery rate approaches to a higher level and stable condition.
