葛根素自乳化制剂的绝对生物利用度研究

摘    要:本文研究了葛根素口服自乳化制剂的绝对生物利用度。选取健康比格犬,分别静脉注射葛根素注射液及口服葛根素自乳化制剂,采用HPLC法测定比格犬血浆药物浓度,梯形法计算药-时曲线下面积(AUC)。葛根素自乳化制剂的绝对生物利用度的测定结果为24.8%。这说明自乳化制剂是一种很有希望的葛根素口服新剂型。

Abstract:The absolute bioavailability of puerarin with self-emulsifying drug delivery systems was researched in present work. Injection of puerarin and self-emulsifying formulation were administered by i.v and po respectively in beagle dogs. The plasma concentrations were determined by HPLC. The area under curve (AUC) was calculated by trapezoidal method. As a result, absolute bioavailability of self-emulsifying formulation of puerarin was 24.8%. It can be concluded that the SEDDS will provide a potential way of puerarin administered orally.
