| 摘 要： | 城乡一体化规划作为面状的“全域”型规划，待识别与处理的数据量相对原有传统的城镇体系规划、城市规划、村镇规划等“点、线”型规划呈指数级增长，传统的城市分析方法与规划方法已经不适用．以嘉禾县城乡一体化总体规划为例，摈弃了原有的AUTOCAD技术，转用以空间关系数据库为核心的GIs系统作为总体工作平台，配合以GPS、RS技术，采用系统工程方法以实现对城乡关系数据的统筹识别、处理、规划和管理．

| Abstract: | The integration of urban and rural planning as a planar ＂Universal coverage＂ planning, to identify and handle data is exponential growth relative to the traditional urban planning which is a type of ＂point, line＂ planning including urban system planning, urban planning and rural planning. The traditional urban analysis method and programming method are not applicable. |
