古尼虫草对苏云金杆菌抗紫外辐射的保护作用

摘    要:用古尼拟青霉(paecilomyces gunnii)不同生长天数的培养液所培养的苏云金杆菌(bacillus thuringiensis)经紫外辐射后,其活菌数有很大差异。说明古虫尼草处于稳定生长期的培养液中所含抗紫外辐射的成分最高;古尼拟青霉的培养液、古尼虫草(cordyceps gunnii)子实体浸提液所培养的苏云金杆菌经紫外辐射后,活菌数依次对比对照提高,说明了抗紫外辐射的成分在古尼虫草子实体浸提液和菌丝体浸提液中的含量比较高,在古尼拟青霉培养液中较低。

Abstract:This cordyceps gunnii could produce a metabolite which hadprotection to ultraviolet radiation in bacillus thuringiensis.After irradiated by ultraviolet rays,according to the curvival ratio of buc. thuringiensis cultured by the different liquids,it showed that the contect of the metabilite in stable growing stage was highest of all growing stages.Meantimes,its contect was different in cultrual liquid,mycelia and fruiting body,it was higher in mycelia and fruiting body than in cultrual liquid.
