| 摘 要： | 资源外包是现代企业提高竞争力的一项重要战略决策.而外包服务商的选择是其中的一项重要环节.本文通过对外包理论的分析,建立了一套外包服务商的选择指标体系,通过群决策和熵权分析的方法对企业选择外包服务商进行了定量化的分析.为企业决策者提供了一个易于操作的方法.

| Abstract: | Based on the outsourcing theory, the differences and the characters between outsourcing services and general services are analyzed. Then, the index system is constructed to select outsourcing partner, and the selection of outsourcing partner is analyzed quantitatively with group decision method. |
