王家岭煤矿工作面上隅角瓦斯治理的技术研究

摘    要:通过实验参数测试和现场观测,分析了王家岭煤矿瓦斯赋存和涌出特点:煤层瓦斯含量低,煤层透气性差,瓦斯释放时间长。结合王家岭煤矿开拓开采方法和巷道布置特点,确认矿井回采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限是由于采用U型通风系统,上隅角存在回流区,采空区积累大量瓦斯。根据理论分析和现场观测,提出了用U套U型通风系统代替U型通风系统的处理措施,取得了良好效果。

Technological Research on Gas Management of Upper Corner in Wang Jialing Working Face
Abstract:After experimental parameter test and field observation , the paper analyzed the characteristics of gas occurrence and emission:The content of coal seam gas is low with poor gas permeability and long gas re-leasing time.Combining with characteristics of exploitation scheme and roadway layout , the reason why gas exceeding the limit in mining face in the upper corner is that adopting Utype ventilation system lead to re-circulation zone in the upper corner and gas accumulation too much in the goaf .According to the theoretical a-nalysis and field observation , we came up with U set Utype instead of the Utype ventilation system to solve the problem above and gained good results .
