小煤柱二次动压巷道强力锚网支护技术实践

摘    要:本文结合山西沁新煤矿2217回采巷道的工程地质特点,分析了二次动压巷道围岩变形与破坏的特征,合理地确定了小煤柱的宽度,在此基础上,以一次性强力支护为原则,提出了该巷道的锚杆支护方案,并在巷道掘进和工作面回采期间对巷道进行了压观测。结果表明,该支护方案有效地控制了二次动压巷道围岩体的变形量,保证了巷道能够满足下一个工作面的使用要求,解决了受两次动压影响的巷道支护难题。

Application of the Technology of Roadway Strength Bolting Supporting in Entries under Secondary Dynamic Pressure with Small Coal-pillar
Abstract:Based on the 2217 entry retained for next working face in Qinxin coal mime in Shanxi province ,the characteristics of deformation and damage associated with this entry are analyzed , rational coal-pillar width was determined.With once support principle of high pre -tension powerful bolt , the reinforcement patterns and parameters suitable for entries retained for next face are proposed based on above researches .The sur-rounding rock displacements , rock bolt and cable loads are monitored during the whole service period of the entries retained.The research results show: The rock bolts and cables with high pretension and intensive strength can reduce surrounding rock displacements greatly and keep the entries stable for a long time and the problem of small coal-pillar entry retaining under this condition was solved .
