摘    要:10~(-3)ppm的表油菜素内酯(epiBR)强烈地促进稀脉浮萍的生长,并对蛋白质和叶绿素的合成有促进作用。epiBR分别同IAA、ABA、CTK和GA_3混合作用,ABA、CTK和GA_3有屏蔽epiBR促进稀脉浮萍生长的作用;epiBR与IAA对稀脉浮萍的生长有协同作用。在epiBR与IAA混合作用期间,稀脉浮萍内源IAA的含量增加,表明epiBR促进了稀脉浮萍的合成或吸收。

Abstract:The function of epibrassinolide (BR) on growth was studied in Lemna aequinoc-tialis 6746. Br at 10-3 ppm strongly prometed grawth and increased both protein and chlorophyll contens. The action of BR to growth was screened by ABA, CTK, GA,, Howevev, there exists strong synergistic interaction between BR and IAA. ELISA showed that during the synergistic interaction, there was an increas of endogenous IAA. It is suggested that Br promots the synthesis or uptake of IAA.
