基于WebGIS的城市防震减灾信息系统研究

GIS技术由于其强大的空间分析能力，可以将空间数据和属性数据准确、真实地输出给用户，因此开发了许多基于GIS的城市防震减灾系统。但是这些系统不同程度上存在功能不完善、全面性较差、专业模型缺乏等不足。尤其是随着网络技术的飞速发展，单击的GIS系统无法满足人们对防震信息的需求，因此开发基于网络的城市防震减灾系统的需求越来越强烈。本文正是在这种情况下，分析、总结前人研究成果，开发出一套基于WebGIS的城市防震减灾系统。

Study of Urban Quakeproof and Disaster Mitigation Information System Based on WebGIS

As a result of its formidable spatial analysis ability, the GIS technology may gives the spatial data and the attribute data accurate real output to the user, therefore many urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation information systems based on the GIS has been developed. But these systems have a lot of insufficiency, such as the function is imperfect, the integrity misses, the specialized model lacks and so on.Along with the rapid development of network technology, the GIS system with single - clicks is unable to satisfy the need of people for the quakeproof information, therefore the need of developing urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation system based on the network city is more and more concerned. In such situation, this paper analyzed and summarized the research results of predecessors,developed a set of urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation system based on WebGIS.
