| 摘 要： | 本文采用小剂量卡普托利治疗老年人早期左心衰竭36例(治疗组),男30例,女6例,年龄60—84(平均68.2)岁。卡普托利剂量:12.5mg,3次/天,3天—2周为一个疗程。结果:总有效率88.8％(32/36),其中75％(24/32)的病例在用药1周内获效。除2例发生皮疹且在停药后自行消失外,余无副作用。而用Digoxin(0.25mg/天,疗程同上)治疗的36例(对照组)结果:总有效率72.2％,其副作用高达27.2％(10/36)。

| Abstract: | A study was made to observe effect of captopril at a small dose in the treatment of old patients with left heart failure in early phase. The test group include 36 subjects, 30 males, 6 females, With age of 60-84 ( the mean age 68.2) . Captopril was adminstered daily(l2.5 mg tid ) for 3-14 days. The total therapeutic efficacy was 88.8%, and 75% of it occurred within 1 week. No side effect was found except skin eruptions in 2 subjects. In contrast, the total therapeutic efficacy of Digoxin in 36 subjects in control group, who received Digoxin daily (0.25mg everyday) for 3-14 days, was only 72.2%, and Side effects occurred in 27.2% of them. |
