荔枝花芽分化期间树体因素对花芽分化的影响

摘    要:研究了妃子笑和鹅蛋荔2个荔枝品种花芽分化期间树体生理因素对花芽分化的影响.结果表明:在不同品种间、不同方位间、不同部位间树体因素均存在显著差异;荔枝品种间花芽分化差异极显著,妃子笑花芽分化效果优于鹅蛋荔.通过对树体因素与花芽分化结果间的最小二乘回归分析得知,荔枝树体因素影响荔枝的花芽分化,尤其是对花序基部分枝数、花序长度、花序基部直径和侧穗个数的影响极为显著,荔枝的花芽分化受树体因素的影响.

Abstract:In this experiment, the effect of litchi trees factors, including the concentrations of GA3, ABA, ZR, IAA and carbonitride, on flower bud differentiation (FBD) during two litchi cuhivars (Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv. Feizixiao and Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv. Edanli) FBD was studied. The results showed that significant differences were existed in the concentrations of endogenous phytohormones and carbonitride of two litchi cuhivars: three positions ( high parts, middle parts and lower parts of canopies) and two directions ( northeast and southwest). The most significant differences were existed in the FBD of two different litchi cultivars. The FBD results obtained in Feizixiao were better than those of Edanli. According to the analyses of partial least twice multiplied regression between the trees factors and the items of litchi FBD, the trees factors were found to affect the litchi FBD, especially the number of inflorescence low part divaricating, the length of inflorescence, the diameter of inflorescence low part and the number of side spikes. Response models of litchi FBD to the tree factors were gained in the paper.
