高职院校辅导员开展学生职业生涯规划教育的实践

新时期关于高职院校开展职业生涯规划教育的问题已经被广泛重视、认可,并加以实践,但辅导员作为高职院校开展职业生涯规划教育的重要组成部分,其地位的重要性、工作方法等问题还存在一些模糊认识。从高职院校开展职业生涯规划教育的紧迫性出发,提出了高职院校辅导员开展职业生涯规划教育的有效途径,并结合指导高职生开展职业规划教育的工作实践,论述了若干体会,希望对当前高职院校的辅导员开展职业生涯规划教育有所帮助。

On the Counselors' Carrying out the Career Planning Education In Vocational Colleges

In the new era, more and more attention has been paid to the career planning education in vocational colleges and many achievements has been made as well. However, great numbers of counselors, whose work is an key to carry out the career planning education in vocational colleges, don＇t have any clear idea of their working importance and their working approaches. Therefore, the article puts forward some efficient ways to carry out the career planning education from the point of emergency of the work. In addition, the article also states much experience in directing the students to design their careers, which may be very useful for the counselors to carry out the career olannin~ education in vocational colleges.
