| Abstract: | The conserved regions in promoters, ribosome-binding sites, teminator sequence and splice sites for each category of sequences are obtained by statistical analysis. On account of the possible important rule of these conserved sites on the regulation of gene expression we have calculated the lecal deviations of double helix structures of DNAs and compared them with conserved sites. |
