论高校学报办刊模式的转换

大学学报要实现由综合性办刊模式向专业化办刊模式的转向,需要主管部门在政策上支持和主办单位转变办刊观念;也需要编辑部在人力资源上做出相应的调整和储备;在转向原则上各家学报可以根据各自的特色,特别是结合学校的学科特色决定刊物的专业化方向;在方式上可以有多种途径,品牌大学学报可以依据业已形成的特色办专业期刊,一般大学学报可以通过联合办刊,整合资源或实行由局部专业化向全专业化过渡.

A Change in the Mode of College Journal Management
