旱金莲胚胎发育中的内源多胺

摘    要:旱金莲胚胎发育过程中,内源多胺以亚精胺含量最高,而且在整个胚胎发育过程中相对稳定,腐胺含量最低。腐胺、精胺和亚精胺的含量在幼胚分化期最高,幼胚分化完成后腐胺和精胺含量迅速下降,直至分化后期才稳定下来。这表明腐胺和精胺与旱金莲胚胎发育和分化相关。

Abstract:The kinetic of three kinds of polyamines(putrescine,spermine and spermidine)during the develop-ment of embryo in nasturtium(Tropaeolum majus)was presented. The content of spermidine is the high-est and relatively stuble during the development of embryo. The content of putrescine is the lowest.Thecontents of purtrescine,spermine and spermidine are the highest in early development of the young em-bryo,After that,the contents of DutrescIne and spermine decrease rapidly and beeome stable only asthe final stage of differentiation comes,which indicates that putrescine and spermine are related to thedevelopment and differentiation of nasturtium embryo.
