摘    要:异步电动机调压节能是根据其负载的变化,通过调节异步电动机定子端电压,以达到节能的目的.通过分析异步电动机T型等效电路,得到效率与定子端电压、功率因数之间的函数关系,并对其进行优化,寻求异步电动机在不同负载下的最优工作电压,然后应用灰色预测理论对数据进行预测,给出负载率与定子端电压之间的精确函数关系.研究表明,在异步电动机运行的过程中,只要检测出它的负载,就可以依据这个函数关系式调节定子端电压以达到节能的目的.实例分析进一步验证了该方法的可行性及有效性.

Abstract:Energy saving method of asynchronous motor based on the voltage control is a method which can save en-ergy by adjusting the stator terminal voltage. In this paper, through the analysis of the T type equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor, the function of the stator terminal voltage, power factor and efficiency is obtained, and the op-timal operating voltage of the motor under different load is researched. Then the relation between the load rate and stator terminal voltage is got by applying the grey forecast theory. The results show that the efficiency and power factor can be raised through decreasing the stator terminal voltage when asynchronous motor is at light load. Final- ly, an example is given.
