| Abstract: | On the basis of analysing systematically the notion and characteristics of the incidents which concern the safety and security of students in colleges and universities,this paper poses the points and significances of incident management,and suggests a relatively scientific incident management mechanism consisting of information network,rescue line,point for dealing with the aftermath and archive compiling.It has certain value in improving and perfecting the existed incident management mechanisms. |
