| Abstract: | the Central Sector six provinces play an important role In the national economic and social development data,This paper looks human input,material input,financial input as S&T input indicators,puts intellectual property,high technology and economic growth as the S&T output index,then derived the ratio by comprehensive statistics score,aimed to provide technology policy-making theoretical basis for development. |
