弘扬“川农大精神”，培养服务“三农”的高素质人才

用改革开放30年四川农业大学建设发展的历史成就诠释了“川农大精神”和“以人为本”、“报国兴农”的办学理念；用感人至深的实例反映了学校的办学经验。在阐述学校学习党的十七届三中全会精神心得的基础上，介绍了学校贯彻全会精神、培养服务“三农”的高素质人才的宏观思路。对高等学校建设具有自身特色的校园精神和遵循全会精神拓展办学理念、重视“三农”问题有启迪、借鉴作用。

Fostering Ethos of Sichuan Agricultural University Cultiviting High-quality Personnel for Agriculture Development

The development and achievement of this university in the past thirty years demonstrate the ethos and idea of running a school in light of people-orientedness and dedication to the country with agricultural prosperity. Their rich experience in school-running is impressively illustrated in this paper. In a broad sense, the school has been carrying out the party＇s policy into the quality enducation for the sake of ＂three important＂ in agriculture development in the countryside. Thus their efforts have resulted in their own charateristic of campus spirit and off-campus growth, which offers a revealing example to learn from.
