| 摘 要： | 本文以“三个代表”重要思想为理论，就如何做好共青团工作作了研究，阐述了共青团工作的重要性。认为共青团作为党领导的先进青年的群众组织，进一步把“三个代表”重要思想作为建国的根本指导思想，贯彻“三个代表”要求，坚持与时俱进。
