| 摘 要： | 我国国家助学贷款经过近十年的实施和不断改善,取得了巨大的社会效益,但是在运行过程中也出现了供需不平衡,贷款回收困难等问题,本文从制度经济学的角度对国家助学贷款的制度安排进行分析,并试图给出建议。

| Abstract: | For the last decade , the implementation and constant improvements of National Loan Program of Education has achieved remarkable social effects. However during the process it has also encountered a variety of problems such as the unbalanced supply and demand and some difficulties in the withdraw of loans. This article analyzes the national loan program of education from the perspective of institutional economics. |
