| Abstract: | Shi hu is a precious Chinese traditional medicine, It belongs to Orchida- ceac Denbrobium and is well known as one of best medicine in D. officinale all over the world. Because of being widely used, lt is facing the danger of extinction now. In this paper, a method for production and a mass propagation of the tube -plantlets by the seeds of D. officinal is reported and a simple. method of using lipuid nutriend instead of“trasfer flask”is introduced |
