| 摘 要： | 目的:在确定腹股沟疝分型的基础上对人体腹股沟区外科的局部解剖进行研究,从而指导临床医师实施合理的疝修补手术并提高其疗效.方法:对20例成年男性尸体标本的40侧腹股沟区进行了局部解剖研究;并对2002年9月至2007年12月施行的140例成年男性腹股沟疝无张力修补术的术中腹股沟区解剖进行了回顾性分析,所选病例的年龄范围为25～91岁,平均年龄为64.7岁.结果:腹股沟区有三个重要的解剖结构即腹横筋膜、髂耻束、耻骨肌孔与腹股沟疝分型有密切关系.结论:术中注意腹横筋膜、髂耻柬、耻骨肌孔的局部解剖关系,合理实施无张力疝修补术,在现代腹股沟疝修补术的实施应用中具有重要的实用价值及指导意义. |
