| Abstract: | The thesis reviews application of capillary electrophoresis used in protein and DNA analysis recently years,and its development.The article and also introduces application the technology in the discovery and separation of protein-medication combination,determination of complicated samples in medicine test,and fluorescent staining reagent,screening reagent and chip-capillary electrophoresis in nucleic acid analysis. |
