常见形状零件气体渗碳工艺的计算机模拟技术研究

摘    要:基于平板形状零件的气体渗碳数学模型对其他常见形状零件—圆柱体、圆环体和实心球体的渗碳工艺的计算机模拟结果与渗碳实测值存在误差,通过修正模型以减少计算机模拟值与渗碳实测值之间的误差。提高模拟精度,使修正后的数学模型具有更好的适用性。

Abstract:According to the gas carburizing model based on the planar existing certain error to the common shape parts,such as,cylinder form,circle wreath form and sphere form,the model has been revised so as to reduce the simulation error,increase the accuracy.As a result,the revised model can be used to computer simulation on gas carburizing technics of the common shape parts,and have the better applicability.
