异常孕产妇豢养宠物与ATAb的相关性研究

探讨我市异常孕产妇豢养宠物与ATAb的相关性,采用ELISA法检测ATAb方法。结果研究组病人ATAb的阳性率为63．68％（121／190）,与对照组11．84％（9／76）比较,两组间差异有非常显著性（P〈0．005）。与宠物直接密切接触者,其ATAb阳性率极显著高于间接一般接触者（P〈0．005）。提示异常孕产妇豢养宠物与ATAb阳性密切相关,表明人们对“宠物热”应当引起高度重视与警惕,尤其是育龄妇女应提高自我保健意识。

Study of Correlation between Antitoxoplasma Antibody and Pet Feeding by Abnormal Pregnant Women

To discuss the correlation of ATAb and pet feeding by abnormal pregnant women of Using ELISA to detect ATAb.Positive rate of ATAb in patients researched was 63.68%(121/190),while that of normal women compared with was 11.84%(9/76).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.005).Positive rate of ATAb in those who contacted with pet directly and closely was more higher than those who contacted with pet indirectly and commonly(P<0.005).It pointed out that positive rate of ATAb has close affect with pet feeding by Abnormal pregnant women.It should be paid high attention to "pet upsurge",particularly those women of reproductive age should improve health protection self.
