超声强化丙交酯的合成及表征

摘    要:采用逐步升温减压的条件,使2-羟基丙酸的脱水量达90%以上,超声强化合成丙交酯,用苯-乙酸乙酯混合溶剂提纯丙交酯.通过试验表明,超声强化合成丙交酯,其产率达42%,纯度为99.52%.用微量熔点测定仪、IR红外光谱分析等对产物丙交酯进行性能表征.

Abstract:With the condition of warm - up temperature and pressure reduction, the dehydration capacity of lactic acid reached more than 90% . The lacfide was synthesized by using supersonic strengthening and purified with the mixture of benzene - acetic by this experiment , the synthesis of the supersonic strengthening was the best technological condition for the lactide . The rate of production reached 42% and the purity was 99.52%. With the micro melting point cryoscope and the IR infrared spectrum analysis carries on the attribute to the product lactide.
