| 摘 要： | 英语习语翻译过程中常用两种方法-归化译和异化译。归化译和异化译的区别在于翻译过程中是用引进原语的表达形式还是使用译语的表达方式。归化译易于读者理解和接受，但它是以牺牲大量的文化附载作为代价；异化译有利于两种异质文化和语言的相互交流和渗透。采用归化与异化主要受语用环境的制约，而且还需要把握好尺度。
