摘    要:采用碱灰化法消解发样,于中性溶液中离心去除杂质,在酸性溶液中以催化电位法测定发碘含量,回收率达98.6%;变异系数(CV)为8.7%;测出中碘地区一个教学班20名男学生发碘平均含量为0.93μg/g,与文献报道相近。

Abstract:Basic ashing method was used to digest the hair sample. Impurities were separated from iodine in neutral solution by centrifugation. An iodine determination of human hair was carried out in an acid solution by catalytic potentiometry. The recovery was 98.6% and the coefficient of variation(CV)8.7%. The determined average content of iodine was 0.93μg/g for the hair samples of 20 boy students in one class who came from the area of middle iodine content.
