立方晶体中点缺陷振动表示模与偏振喇曼强度的对应关系

摘    要:推出了立方晶体中随机分布的点缺陷分别经历C2[100],D4[100]和D3[111]取向操作前后11个不同偏振喇曼强度的相对分布与点缺陷振动表示模的对应关系.结果显示,T,C2[100]操作组合可将25种表示模分为14类,其功能接近理论极限.因而T,C2[100]操作组合提供了一种直接根据偏振喇曼数据确定立方晶体中点缺陷振动表示模的优化方法.

Abstract:The corresponding relations between polarized Raman intensities and representative modes of point defect vibration before and after C2[100], D4 [100] and D3 [111] orienting operations are derived. The result shows that the combination of T with C2 [100] has strong function, which can distinguish 25 representative modes into 14 groups.An optimum method for determing the representative mode of point defect vibration in cubic crystal is set up based on T, C2[100] combination.
