| Abstract: | This paper presents the mathematical model of mixed integer bilevel programming problem. The properties of the problem are discussed. An algorithm which combines the Boltzmann machine and two-level iterative computation is also proposed to solve it. It has been shown by the initial simulated results that the algorithm is efficient. |
