CICC导体数值仿真设计研究

摘    要:管内电缆导体(Cable-in-Conduit Conductor,简称CICC)是大型低温超导磁体的首选导体,在大电流和快速变化磁场环境中,CICC导体的合理设计是其能否稳定运行的关键。而工程上CICC导体的设计是一个多次尝试和优化的烦琐过程,为此,提出了基于稳定性裕度、温度裕度的导体设计思想,推导了关于CICC导体结构矩阵参数的算法,建立了导体数值模拟的基本设计模型,同时进行了仿真设计,并将数值模拟设计情况与工程设计值进行了比较和分析,结果证明二者吻合的较好。数值仿真设计使工程的工作量相应的减轻,周期缩短。

Abstract:CICC is the first selected conductor for large cryogenic superconducting magnets. Under the condition of high current and rapid changing magnetic field, it is a key to rationally design the CICC for steady operating. However, it is a try and optimization process to design CICC in engineering. So, the thought for the simulation design was put forward based on energy margin and temperature margin, the arithmetic of simulation design of CICC configuration was deduced, and the model of the simulation was built. The simulation outcome was compared with that of engineering design, and the comparing results were encouraged. It is proved that the simulation can alleviate task and shorten cycle to design CICC.
