摘    要:利用共沉淀法制备了系列Cu-Zn-Al-Mn催化剂,并对催化剂进行了活性评价.结果表明,催化剂性能与锰助剂的添加量有密切的联系,锰的加入能提高催化剂的活性,促进CO2的转化.表征结果表明,锰助剂的加入可以阻止CuO晶粒生长,有利于CuO分散,使催化剂的比表面积增加;同时,锰助剂的加入也促进了Cu(Ⅱ)向反应活性物种Cu(Ⅰ)的转化.

Abstract:A series of Cu-Zn-Al-Mn catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method. Their activities were evaluated by a feed gas composed of H2 (67% ), CO2 (33% ). The results indicated that Mn was an effective promoter to improve the activity and increase the conversion of CO2. XRD and BET characterization showed that Mn promoter was favorable for the dispersion of CuO and enlarging the surface area of catalysts. Raman characterization also showed that adding Mn was in favor for changing from Cu( Ⅱ ) to Cu( Ⅰ ) which was active species for the reaction.
