非矩形荧光显示单元伏安特性的理论计算问题

摘    要:采用计入阴极位降的3/2次方公式计算非矩形荧光显示单元的伏安特性。分析等效二极管阳极电压3/2次方平均值Vd的相关范围及阳极有效面积Sd、栅阴距离dgc的取值原则,指出Vd与阳极的形状无关,对非矩形阳极的电极系统也适用;Sd与dgc应是互相垂直,如不符合,则取修正值;当算得的Sd大于阳极实有面积Sa时,应实取Sa值。以平板多位荧光数码管的“8”字符为例,选点测算,相当吻合,表明修正后的3/2次方公式对非矩形阳极的显示单元也适用

Abstract:This paper raises the calculation of voltage ampere properties of an unrectangle fluorescence display unit with the help of 3/2 power formula involving cathode voltage,and analyzes the value choosing rule of the related scope of V d (the 3/2 power average value of equivalent diode anode voltage),of S d (the effective area of anode) and of d gc (the grid cathode distance),thus indicating that first ,V d is not associated with the shape of anode and applies to electrode system of unrectangle anode;next ,S d and d gc should be perpendicular to each other,otherwise choose their corrected values;then,as S d is greater than S a (the real area),choose S a;finally,the corrected 3/2 power formular also applies to the display unit of unrectangle anode by comparing the calculating value with the real value of 8 digit character of flat multidigit tube.
