| 摘 要： | 借鉴国内外有关核心能力理论，以某开发类科研院所为例，建立了识别开发类科研院所核心能力的理论模型，提出了借助于关键成功因素来识别开发类科研院所核心能力的定量方法，并在此基础上确定出该科研院所的核心能力所在；最后通过对科研院所的相关成功因素进行分类，设计出开发类科研院所核心能力的全方位培植方案。

| Abstract: | Learning from internal and external core competences theory and based on a concrete institute of technological development type as an example,a theory model for (identifying) the institute's core competences is established; a quantitative method is suggested to identify institute's core competence recurring to industry by means of key success factors, on the basis of which the institute's core competences are confirmed; finally,a full-fledged cultivating scheme of core competences is designed for the institutes of technological development type according to the classification of the relevant success factors of institutes. |
