扰动频率对动压气体轴承动态刚度和阻尼系数的影响

摘    要:采用偏导数法求解动压气体润滑Reynolds方程,给出了动压气体轴承动态刚度和阻尼系数普遍适用的计算方法.进行了有限元数值仿真,计算了动压气体轴承的动态刚度和阻尼系数,并重点研究了扰动频率对这些系数的影响.计算结果表明,动压气体轴承的动态刚度系数随着扰动频率的增大而增大,动态阻尼系数随着扰动频率的增大而减小.从理论上解释了动压气体轴承的动态刚度和阻尼系数与扰动频率的密切相关性.

Abstract:Experimental results indicate that the perturbation frequency exerts significant effects on the dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping coefficients of gas-lubricated bearings. A novel and universal computational method for obtaining the dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping coefficients of aerodynamic bearings is presented by means of the partial derivative method applied to the gas lubricated Reynolds equation, and the dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping coefficients of a typical aerodynamic bearing are evaluated with finite element method, the effects of the perturbation frequency on which are investigated emphatically. The numerical results are given in tabular and graphic forms and reveal that the dynamic stiffness coefficients are enhanced, but the dynamic damping coefficients are reduced with an increasing perturbation frequency. Therefore, the direct dependency of the dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping coefficients of aerodynamic bearings on the perturbation frequency is explained theoretically.
